Meet the Friends

Cam Kent

Cam waltzed into my life flaunting his big personality and love for photography just a few years ago. When it was time for him to show me his work, I could tell right away he had a keen eye. I looked him right in the face and said “you do great work but you over-edit”. To which he replied, “ugh, I know!” Right then, I knew he’d be going places because he knew his strengths and weaknesses and was open to constructive criticism. Since then, Cam has really honed in on his editing skills and broadened his scope of practice when it comes to shooting. In general, he loves to shoot action, landscapes, nightscapes, and objects, but has recently taken an interest in portraiture - my area of expertise. Cam has a direct approach to everything he does, working efficiently and communicating well throughout the process. With how quickly he can turn over material, how confidently he can lay out a project in the early stages, how easy-going he is, and how well he handles the day to day challenges of shooting, Cam is hands down a phenomenal man to work with. It’s been an absolute honor teaming up with him. With my background in celluloid shooting, and his obsession with keeping up to date with all of the latest technology and equipment, I am so very confident these two friends will be able to provide outstanding pictures for all of our clients.

Maggie Palermo

I first met Maggie a few years ago and we ended up talking about photography within the first hour of meeting. Fast forward a month or six, she asked me to be a second shooter for a secret proposal shoot in Rhode Island. I was happy to gain the experience and that’s when I got to experience Maggie in her true element. Maggie’s a master at making anyone and everyone comfortable, calm, and happy. She uses her energetic and lively personality to make you laugh, get the photos you want, and you’ll leave feeling confident in who you chose as a photographer. She’s always on top of follow ups and checking in just to make sure you’re comfortable, satisfied, and ready for your shoot. Maggie and I are yin and yang when it comes to styles of shooting, editing and even personality. If it wasn’t for her, business wouldn’t be possible and nobody would be around to pick up the slack of keeping a complacent & perfect environment every shoot. I can’t wait to see how she cultivates as a photographer and person on this new business venture, capturing the happiness and special days of anyone and everyone we meet.
